Project Description
The project for KM Trade began on February 2nd, 2024, during my time at Digital Vision in Sarajevo. At that time, KM Trade was one of the agency’s leading and most important clients. The primary goal was to strengthen the company’s visual identity and enhance its digital presence through high-quality graphic design, product photography, video production, and website improvements.
Our work included professional photo and video production of products such as firearms, tactical equipment, and related gear. The objective was to present the products in a visually compelling, precise, and professional manner while maintaining brand consistency and compliance with industry standards. Through strategic design solutions, we aimed to position KM Trade as a modern, reliable, and visually recognizable brand in its market.
The collaboration continued beyond my involvement in the project, as Digital Vision still manages the client. I actively worked on the project until the summer of 2024.
The story
KM Trade represented a dynamic and demanding project that required attention to detail and a strong understanding of branding within a specialized industry. From the beginning, the focus was on elevating the visual presentation of the company’s products and ensuring that every design element aligned with the brand’s professionalism and credibility.
We organized product photoshoots and video sessions to capture high-quality visual materials. Working with equipment such as firearms and tactical gear required precision, controlled environments, and a clear visual direction. Each visual asset needed to communicate strength, reliability, and premium quality.
As part of the Digital Vision team, I was responsible for graphic design and contributed to the website design process. My role included creating promotional materials, product visuals, social media graphics, and assisting in refining the website’s visual structure to ensure a modern and user-friendly experience. The project allowed me to work on a high-level client while developing strong creative and strategic solutions within a competitive market.
My approach
My approach to the KM Trade project was based on clarity, consistency, and strategic visual communication. Before starting any design work, I focused on understanding the brand’s positioning, target audience, and industry standards. Given the nature of the products, it was essential to maintain a clean, strong, and professional aesthetic.
In graphic design, I prioritized bold typography, structured layouts, and carefully balanced color schemes that reflected the brand’s identity. I worked closely with the production team during photoshoots to ensure that the final visuals would integrate seamlessly into marketing materials and digital platforms.
Additionally, I supported the website design process by helping shape visual elements and ensuring alignment between product presentation, user experience, and brand identity. Every design decision was made with the goal of strengthening brand perception and delivering measurable visual impact.

The Alpha Barbershop project began in January 2024 and was the first client of NexaEcho (now Digital Vision). As a newly established brand, the main objective was to build a strong and recognizable visual identity from the ground up and create a modern, professional digital presence.
The project included graphic design for social media, editing promotional videos for the grand opening campaign, and designing the concept for a mobile application intended to support future business growth and booking functionality. From the initial launch phase to ongoing weekly content creation, the focus was on consistency, brand recognition, and high-quality presentation.
I actively worked on the project until the summer of 2024, when I left Digital Vision. The agency continued its collaboration with the client after my departure.
The story
Alpha Barbershop provided an opportunity to shape a brand from its very beginning. As the first client of NexaEcho, the project carried significant importance and required a high level of commitment and creative direction.
During the opening phase, I worked on editing promotional videos, including the opening announcement, coverage of the launch event, and a main promotional video. While my colleague handled the filming, I was responsible for post-production and ensuring that the final videos reflected a modern, energetic, and premium atmosphere.
Throughout the collaboration, I led the design of Instagram posts and managed the weekly publication of hairstyle content. The goal was to maintain a consistent visual identity while continuously engaging the audience with fresh and high-quality content. I worked on the project until the summer of 2024, after which Digital Vision continued managing the client.
My approach
My approach to the Alpha Barbershop project focused on building a clean, modern, and recognizable visual identity. Since the brand was in its early stage, it was essential to establish strong design foundations that would remain consistent across all platforms.
In social media design, I emphasized structured layouts, bold typography, and visually engaging compositions that highlighted the craftsmanship and style of the barbershop. Maintaining consistency in colors and branding elements was key to strengthening brand recognition.
For video editing, I focused on dynamic pacing, smooth transitions, and a professional final look. In addition, I designed the concept and interface for a potential mobile application, ensuring that the user experience aligned with the overall brand identity.
Every design decision was made with the intention of positioning Alpha Barbershop as a modern, stylish, and professional brand in the market.
Pečenjara Bešić
I independently worked on graphic design for Pečenjara Bešić, creating the menu design, food catalog, and pricing materials.

My work included designing the main menu, food catalog, and pricing materials. The focus was on creating a structured layout that allows customers to easily browse offerings while maintaining a clean and professional visual identity suitable for a hospitality business.
The story
Pečenjara Bešić required a refreshed and organized visual presentation of their products and prices. Since the materials are directly used in everyday customer interaction, clarity and readability were key priorities.
Working independently allowed me full creative control over the visual direction. I carefully structured the menu categories, highlighted key products, and ensured that pricing information was clearly displayed. The goal was to create a design that feels traditional yet modern — reflecting the authenticity of the business while maintaining a professional look.
The final materials were designed to be practical, easy to update when needed, and visually aligned with the brand’s identity.
